Youth on Board offers consulting and coaching services to large and small institutions that believe in the power of youth voice and want to help young people move from the margins of their communities into the center. Using a collaborative approach that emphasizes strong relationships as the basis for meaningful change, we provide trainings, design programs and curricula, develop policy, and publish resources that help organizations build youth voice into their operations and infrastructure. We give clients the essential tools of organizing and advocacy so that they can get behind powerful projects that enhance and empower youth voice.

Our unique focus on building mutually respectful relationships as a basis for permanent change has made Youth on Board a local and national leader in supporting young people to make a difference in their communities, and in strengthening partnerships between young people and adults.

Since 1994 Youth on Board has:

• Consulted with over 380 schools, organizations, and government agencies 
• Trained more than 12,000 people
• Sold over 6000 Youth on Board manuals, books, and videos
• Provided services in 45 states and 11 countries
